By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.PaymentAll payments are made through Arty, which supports card and PayPal transactions.Prices are listed in USDPayment must be made in full before I begin your commission unless otherwise agreed upon.Deadlines and RefundsI will provide an estimated completion date before starting your piece.A full refund will only be issued if I fail to meet the agreed deadline.No refunds will be given once the final artwork has been delivered.RevisionsYou may request unlimited revisions during the sketch phase.After the sketch is approved, no major changes (pose, composition, etc.) will be accepted.Minor color or lighting adjustments after rendering may be accepted at my discretion.Usage RightsCommissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.Commercial rights cost 200% of the base price.Commercial use includes any use for profit, promotion, or monetized content (such as merchandise, branding, games, or streaming).You may not claim the artwork as your own, edit it, or use it for NFTs or AI training.I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on my social media, portfolio, or use it for self-promotion.Content PolicyI am open to drawing any subject except mecha or robotic designs.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.AnimationsAnimation commissions follow the same terms listed above unless otherwise stated.Deadlines for animations may vary depending on complexity and will be discussed before payment.CommunicationAll commissions are handled via direct messages (DMs).Please provide clear references and details when ordering.I will send regular updates during the process.Additional NotesPrices and terms are subject to change at any time.The TOS that applies to your commission is the version in effect at the time of payment.
